Logan Services in Vandalia, OH is seeking an HVAC Installer Assistant to join our growing team. You will work alongside Lead Installers to install residential heating and cooling systems, gaining hands-on experience and earning the skills to advance in the HVAC trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with HVAC equipment installation and replacement.
• Load, organize, and stage tools and materials.
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites and vehicles.
• Follow safety procedures and proper installation practices.
• Learn HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics; communicate professionally with teammates and customers.
• Build the skills and experience to advance in the trade.

The Big Task

As an HVAC Installer Assistant, you'll work alongside Lead Installers to help install residential heating and cooling systems safely, efficiently, and correctly. You'll gain hands-on experience while learning the skills needed to advance your HVAC career.
