Logan Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service Technician Apprentice in Vandalia, OH. You will work with seasoned technicians, gaining hands-on experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems.

No extensive HVAC experience is required; you will learn the trade through a Trane-accredited apprenticeship, with pay and career growth opportunities. This is a full-time role with comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• No extensive HVAC experience required.
• Willing to learn a trade and grow in HVAC.
• Assist with diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential systems.
• On-the-job training through a Trane-accredited apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced HVAC technicians with inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Identify HVAC components, tools, and basic system issues.
• Transport, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Learn proper HVAC installation, service, and safety practices.
• Follow safety procedures with refrigerants, electrical components, and equipment.
• Keep job sites, service vehicles, and tools clean and organized.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete job documentation and assist with recording materials and work performed.
• Participate in ongoing training and develop skills to advance in HVAC.

The Big Task

As an HVAC Service Technician Apprentice, you'll learn the ins and outs of residential HVAC service while supporting experienced technicians in the field.

You'll gain hands-on experience with heating and cooling systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, tools, safety, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Assist experienced HVAC technicians with inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Learn to identify HVAC components, tools, and basic system issues.
• Help transport, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Learn proper HVAC installation, service, and safety practices.
