Installer: Our small, family-oriented, and growing company is seeking to hire a key role of Installer. This position will collaborate with the project manager and owner to construct and install a wide variety of shade products. Responsibilities

• Work with a team of laborers and crew members by following instruction, direction, and support during the project provided by Site Lead.
• Ability to understand directions.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Inspect products and conduct repairs or maintenance as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

• Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workers

Physical Requirements

• Good physical condition, stamina, and dexterity.
• Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at a time.
• Must be comfortable working on a ladder or scaffolding.
• Must be able to safely work with power equipment.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
• Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.

Work Hours & Additional Benefits

• Full-time hours, not seasonal
• Overtime available
