Job summary

THE TEAM is seeking a signage installer to install custom signage, vinyl graphics, wallpaper, and related displays at indoor and outdoor sites. You will visit locations, take measurements, and coordinate with designers and project managers to ensure precise execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.
• Familiarity with signage hardware and materials.

Responsibilities

• Installation of custom signage, vinyl graphics, wallpaper, acrylic lettering, perforated window vinyl, banners, etc.
• Visit sites to assess the location, understand client requirements, and take measurements.
• Monitor quality of projects; attention to detail is essential.
• Travel to and from installation worksites.
• Maintain neat and orderly worksites and trucks.
• Work around installation schedule.
• Accurately measure and place graphics prior to installation.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, including specifications, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Job Overview

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of previous industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Well versed with different types of installs and knowledge of materials and hardware.
• Valid driver’s license (Required), CDL is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to routinely lift 30 lbs or more and must occasional move 50 lbs or more.
• Scale ladders.
• Frequent standing for prolonged periods of time.
• Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Travel required based on business needs.
