Role Description The Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Springfield, Illinois Metropolitan Area, responsible for performing concrete installation and related tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing job sites, setting forms, mixing product with correct ratios, finishing surfaces, and assisting with repairs or resurfacing projects. The Installer will operate hand and power tools, follow project plans and instructions from supervisors, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment. The role also involves loading and unloading materials, driving to job sites as needed, and communicating with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of concrete installation, finishing, or general construction work; prior experience in concrete or trades is preferred.
• Comfort using hand tools and power tools safely; willingness to learn new techniques and equipment.
