Job summary

Mill Creek Lumber & Supply Company is seeking a reliable Window Installer for a full-time role in Oklahoma City. You will install doors and hardware, coordinate with contractors and homeowners, and ensure safe, quality results on each job.

Must provide your own installation tools, have a clean driving record, and be able to work 10+ hour days. The position supports a strong benefits package and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Must provide own installation tools and a reliable vehicle.
  • Mechanically inclined with ability to take precise measurements.
  • Clean driving record and knowledge of OKC Metro routing.
  • Two years construction/door installation experience preferred.
  • Willing to undergo pre-employment drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

  • Install doors and hardware and perform punch work as directed.
  • Interact with contractors and homeowners during installation.

We offer:* A great place to work with a friendly team of employees* Competitive pay with the opportunity to work overtime* A benefits package that includes company medical contribution towards the Health Savings Account* Dental & Vision insurance* Life insurance as well as short- & long-term disability* All full-time employees are eligible the first of month following 30 days of employment* A 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with match**Job Location:** 5251 West Reno Avenue Oklahoma City, OK 73127**Duties and Responsibilities:**Installation of doors and hardware; Ability to complete punch work and communicate completion with senior installer.* Effectively interact and communicate with contractors and homeowners, service and/or install process.* Problem solving various jobsite issues.* Written and verbal communication with sales and support regarding job status.* Prioritize/schedule and complete work activity according to business needs.* Adhere to company standards and procedures.* Operates with a variety of hand and power tools to perform install and or onsite service repairs.* Maintain a clean, neat & orderly work area.* Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety at all times and insures quality and customer satisfaction.* Willing and able to work flexible hours, 10+ hours per day as needed.* Job functions vary depending on work assignment.## Qualifications* Required to provide your own tool for the installation.* Mechanically inclined (able to use power tools and take accurate measurements within 1/16 of an inch).* Have a working knowledge of the OKC Metro with routing abilities.* Must have a clean driving record with the ability to drive up to a 26 pounds box truck.* Prior Construction and or Door Installation experience not less than two years.* Exceptional work ethic and strong attendance record are a must.* Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards while delivering superior customer service.* Willing and able to successfully complete pre-employment drug and background screening.* Working conditions* Work will typically take place inside homes, commercial buildings, and outdoors.* Employee will be in and out of inclement weather, when the conditions are such.
