Job summary

Lamunyon Dry Out and Foundation Repair in Clay Center is seeking an installer to work in customers' homes, installing waterproofing systems, piers, support posts, and wall anchors while documenting progress.

You will follow safety guidelines, maintain equipment, attend daily meetings and training, and collaborate with a team. Travel and per diem are provided; leadership capability can lead to foreman opportunities. Paid training included.

Qualifications

• Concrete experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Basic math and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50-75 pounds.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently and with a team/crew.
• Leadership skills are valued for advancement to foreman.

Our Foundation Repair Division is looking for individuals to work in customer's home waterproofing basements and repairing foundations. We are searching for an installer in Clay Center. Competitive wages offered. We expect hard work and will promote upon proven performance.

Responsibilities Include

• Working in customer's home, installing systems such as waterproofing, piers, support posts, wall anchors, etc.
• Take pictures and document progress of job
• Be safe and follow guidelines established through Industry Standards
• Ensure proper maintenance of vehicles and equipment
• Attend daily production meetings for job updates and/or changes
• Attend on the job classes, seminars, webinars, or other training to expand current knowledge and skill levels
• Provide feedback to supervisors and management.

Requirements
