Job summary

Arrow Glass Industries is hiring an Installer to work on residential and commercial projects in Houston. The role involves cutting glass both on-site and in shop, fabricating metal on-site, and installing mirrors, shower glass, cabinets, shelves, windows and tabletops.

You will precisely measure for glass and mirrors to be fabricated at our facility, handle single and double pane windows, and perform vinyl beading and glazing with silicone.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Requires ability to measure and cut glass accurately for fabrication.
• Physical demands include walking, standing, stooping, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Cut glass on-site and in shop.
• Fabricate metal on-site.
• Install mirrors, shower glass, cabinet & shelf glass, windows, and tabletops.
• Measure for glass and mirror products to be fabricated at our facility.
• Replace windows and install vinyl beading and glazing with silicone.
• Perform glass replacement and repair services as needed.

We are looking to hire an Installer to install in both residential and commercial units. Duties are as followed but not limited to: Glass Cutting on-site and in shop Metal fabrication on-site Mirror installations Glass installations – Shower glass, cabinet & shelf glass, window replacement, tabletops, glass doors. Residential and commercial. Precisely measure for glass & mirror products (to be fabricated at our facility) Measure single and double pane windows Replacement window installations Install vinyl beading and glaze window with silicone Repair/replacement service, as needed Valid driver’s license a plus Glass experienced a plus Education Required: High School Diploma/GED Physical Demands and Work Environment: This job requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required such as walking, standing, stooping, and climbing.
