SpeedPro is seeking a Large Format Graphics Installer to join our on-site team in the Harrisburg area. You will handle surveys, install graphics on diverse surfaces, and wrap vehicles as needed, while maintaining a professional client-facing presence.

Role involves indoor/outdoor work, lifting requirements, and precise cutting/heat-application of graphics. We value hands-on problem solvers who thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience installing large format graphics such as signs and vehicle wraps.
• Experience in Vinyl Production – Taping / Weeding / Masking.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and operate in indoor/outdoor environments.
• Comfort with elevated work using bucket trucks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete site surveys prior to installation to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Communicate with clients before, during and after installation; present a professional demeanor.
• Install graphics on walls, windows, floors, ceilings; wrap vehicles (partial or full).
• Cut and shape graphics, heat and apply, disassemble/reassemble as needed.
• Take photos of completed work and ensure job quality on site.
• Assist production team when not on installation and keep studio tour-ready.

LARGE FORMAT GRAPHICS INSTALLER

The Large Format Graphics Installer is an important member of our team and often a key on‑site contact for our clients. This position can be full time, part time or freelance contracted projects. Primary Roles And Responsibilities

• Complete site surveys prior to installation (to ensure accuracy of measurements, etc.)
• Communicate with clients before, during and after the installation (walk them through the process, timeframes, etc.); present a professional demeanor
• Install graphics to flat interior and exterior surfaces including walls, windows, floors, and ceilings
• Wrap vehicles (partial or full wraps)
• Cut and shape the graphics to fit each surface, heating and applying graphics, disassembling and reassembling products during the application, using proper adherence and cutting techniques during application
• Perform all necessary work to complete the installation; take photos of the work when completed
• Work is both indoors and outdoors and requires everything from physical labor to detailed, artistic work

Other Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Team in building and completing sign & graphics orders when there are no installations to complete
• Help keep our studio tidy and organized to create a tour‑ready environment for visitors

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience installing a wide variety of large format sign and graphics projects such as dimensional letters, banners, post and panel signs, ADA signs, vinyl graphics (3M, Avery), vehicle lettering and vehicle wraps, to name a few.
• Applicants should also have experience in Vinyl Production – Taping / Weeding / Masking
• Highly motivated with a great attitude; a problem‑solver at heart
• Ability to operate a bucket truck to complete installations at up to 35 feet high is a plus
• Able to lift 30lbs and swing a 3lb hammer
