Job summary

SpeedPro is hiring a full-time installer to bring wall and floor graphics to life for clients across the United States. You will survey sites, communicate with clients, and install graphics on interior and exterior surfaces, including partial or full vehicle wraps.

The role blends physical labor with artistic precision in a fast-paced studio and field environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of experience with large-format sign projects, vinyl production tasks, and a strong focus on quality.

Qualifications

• Experience installing large-format graphics including dimensional letters, banners, ADA signs, vinyl graphics, and vehicle wraps.
• Ability to wrap vehicles solo and measure/fit graphics with care.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset during installations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and surveys prior to installation to ensure accurate measurements.
• Install graphics on walls, floors, ceilings, windows, and exterior surfaces.
• Wrap vehicles and fabricate/assemble displays as needed.
• Cut, heat, and apply graphics; disassemble and reassemble products.
• Capture photos of completed installations and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with production team when installations are not available.
• Support indoor/outdoor installations and signage projects.

Primary Roles And Responsibilities

• Complete site surveys prior to installation to ensure accuracy of measurements.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after installation; present a professional demeanor.
• Install graphics on flat interior and exterior surfaces including walls, windows, floors, and ceilings.
• Wrap vehicles (partial or full wraps).
• Cut and shape graphics to fit surfaces, heat and apply graphics, disassemble and reassemble products during application, using proper adherence and cutting techniques.
• Complete installation work and take photos of the finished result.
• Work indoors and outdoors; combine physical labor with detailed, artistic work.
• Install interior and exterior signage.
• Fabricate/assemble displays.

Other Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Team in building and completing sign and graphics orders when installations are not available.
• Maintain a tidy studio to create a tour-ready environment for visitors.
• Collaborate with a coworker to complete tasks seamlessly.

Required Skills

• Able to fully wrap a vehicle solo (wrap test during interview).
• 1+ years of experience installing a wide variety of large-format sign and graphics projects, including dimensional letters, banners, post and panel signs, ADA signs, vinyl graphics, vehicle lettering and vehicle wraps.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude; a problem-solver at heart.
• Experience in Vinyl Production – taping, weeding, masking.
• Able to lift 60 lbs and operate a 3 lb hammer.
• Highly detail oriented with a strong standard of quality.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
