Job summary

Specialty Appliance in Colorado is seeking a flexible installer helper to support residential appliance installations alongside the lead installer. The role emphasizes safety, organization, and professional on-site customer interactions.

You will prepare appliances, assist with paperwork, help load/unload trucks, and maintain a clean work space while supporting warehouse operations and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training may be completed.
• Driver's license required.
• Customer service skills and ability to present oneself professionally as a company representative.
• Able to lift heavy objects, above 100 lbs.
• Physically capable of frequent bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installer with installation of household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens).
• Prepare appliances as directed by lead installer.
• Assist with job paperwork and input of electronic tracking data.
• Maintain a clean work space before departure.
• Pull orders for scheduled installs.
• Assist loading and unloading trucks for daily installs and deliveries.
• Respectful handling of customers and customer information; direct questions to lead installer.
• Perform related warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain warehouse organization.

• Assisting install of household appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, etc.
• Prepares appliances as directed by lead installer.
• Assists lead installer with job paperwork and input of electronic tracking data.
• Responsible for cleaning work space before departure of jobsite.
• Pulls Orders for the scheduled installs.
• Assists loading truck for daily installs and deliveries.
• Responsible for unloading and cleaning truck at the end of the work day.
• Respectful handling of the customer and customer information; directing customer questions to lead installer.
• Performs other related warehouse duties as assigned or requested by management.
• Responsible for warehouse organization.

Job Qualifications

• Technical training may be completed on-the-job.
• Driver's license required.
