KONE, a global leader in elevators and escalators, is seeking an Operations Training Specialist. This remote role supports installation methods training for branch offices and helps regional leaders implement installation programs across the Midwest and East regions of the United States.

You will bring 5+ years of field installation experience, deliver safety and quality training, audit processes, and assist with tendering, planning and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive installation experience in elevators/escalators.
• Experience delivering field training and safety/quality programs.
• Ability to audit installation processes and provide documentation feedback.
• Strong project management and tendering support skills.

We are looking for our Operations Training Specialist who will be responsible for provision and effective delivery of all methods of installation for branch offices, as well as aide regional leaders in the implementation of installations programs, processes and initiatives.

Location

This role is fully remote and primarily posted in Chicago, with additional locations including Dallas and Kansas City. Candidate sourcing will focus on the Midwest and East Regions of the United States.

Essential Functions

• Provides installation methods and process training to installation employees, including safety and quality training.
• Audits points within the documented processes to validate method and process alignment at the front-line level and provide feedback regarding changes needed to installation documentation, methods, training, design, manufacturing and delivery.
• Evaluates installations and provides recommendations and guidance to improve overall installation efficiency.
• Supports tendering/order development, installation planning & execution.

As our Operations Training Specialist , you willbring5+ five years overall progressive experience installing new equipment and modernization of elevators and escalators. You will also bring a strong background at the field installation level with progressive and demonstrated installation management, project management, and training skills.

This role has been categorized as a remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any location within the area of the role’s scope of responsibility. The national hiring range for this role is $126,600 –$166,215.

We will also consider candidates in the following areas. Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:

• Chicago IL and Dallas TX area hiring range: $135,500 – $177,870.
• Kansas City MO area hiring range: $126,600 – $166,215.

The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

KONEAnnual Bonus planat 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals .
