Evergreen Home Performance in Portland, Maine, is seeking an Installation Technician to join our growing team. You will install energy-saving solutions like insulation and air sealing in attics and basements, helping homeowners improve comfort and lower utility bills.

Qualificações

About the Role

As an Installation Technician, you play a key role in helping homeowners improve their comfort and lower their utility bills. Our services include air sealing and insulation in attics and basements.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an adaptable and reliable individual who can see a job through from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to communicate effectively with both customers and co-workers. Knowledge of home construction and building science is a plus, but if you don’t have direct experience, we’re happy to train the right person. If you’re dependable, enjoy working with your hands, and are eager to start a career with room to grow, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to work in cramped spaces
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 35 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to wear a respirator

Other Requirements

• Valid Class C driver’s license

Compensation and Benefits

• Wage: $23 – $28/hour + monthly bonus program
• Hiring Bonus: $1000 entry level, $2500 for 3+ yrs experience

Work Schedule

• Full-time, typically 40 hours per week
