AT&T in Madison, WI is seeking an Installation Technician to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer locations. You will work independently in homes and small businesses, delivering best-in-class service and solving problems daily.

Qualifications

• Valid state drivers license required.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs; climb ladders; work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft).

• Qualify on pre-employment assessments.

Our Installation Technicians earn between $25.39 and $32.21 hourly. With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at $52,806 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Sign‑on bonus is paid out as follows:

• $ 1,000 after completion of ninety (90) days of service (Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions)
• $ 1,500 after completion of six (6) months of service (Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions)
• $ 2,500 after completion of one (1) year of service (Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions
• $ 2,500 after completion of eighteen (18) months of service (Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions
• $ 2,500 after completion of two (2) years of service (Employee must have no COBC violations and no written disciplinary actions
