Overview:

• We’re looking for an Installation Technician to support 5G, IoT, and connectivity projects nationwide. This role involves installing, testing, and maintaining network and low‑voltage equipment while providing great service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure routers, POTS‑in‑a‑Box units, UCaaS systems, and related equipment.
• Run and test network and voice/data cabling.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues (Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, etc.).
• Complete site surveys and update documentation.
• Work with project managers and clients to ensure quality installations.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Basic understanding of networking and cabling.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed.

Preferred:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT, telecom, or low‑voltage installation.
• Certifications like A+ or Network+ are a plus.
