This technician role involves traveling to local job sites in a company‑provided truck and assisting with residential and light commercial solar installations. The ideal technician is dependable, safety‑focused, and eager to grow within the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and support residential and commercial solar systems on job sites
• Assist with mounting, wiring, and testing solar equipment
• Travel between local work sites using a company‑provided vehicle
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company procedures and safety standards on all solar projects
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams while representing the company positively

Work Environment

• This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
