Job summary

Insight Global is seeking two Installation Technicians to support a client in Duluth, GA. The role requires 1-2+ years of experience pulling cable in industrial or commercial environments.

You will install, program, test, repair, and service a variety of systems, including security, fire alarm and life safety, in a fast-paced setting. Candidate should be comfortable working with hand tools and reading blueprints.

Qualifications

• Read and understand blueprints and wiring methods.
• 1-2+ years experience pulling cable in industrial or commercial environments.
• Experience installing CCTV, alarm, and access control devices.
• Certified in Edwards Fire Alarm, Lenel, or Software House, or equivalent.

This person will install, program, test, repair, and service a variety of systems and equipment including security, fire alarm and life safety.

Skills and Requirements

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, design drawings including wiring and labeling methods, system wiring, wiring methods, and cable support installation (J-Hook, Raceway, Conduit, Cable Support).
• 1-2+ years of experience pulling cable in industrial plants/commercial buildings
• Experience installing CCTV, alarm, and access control devices (low voltage install)
• Can work with hand toolsCertified in Edwards Fire Alarm, Lenel, or Software House, or equivalent
