Tennessee Shade Co is seeking an Installation Technician to install motorized screens, shades, and awnings on luxury residential properties in Nashville. You will work with premium materials and a small, skilled team to deliver precise installations that meet exacting standards.

• Proficiency with power tools, including drills, saws, levels, and advanced measuring tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work on ladders or at heights.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying Tennessee weather conditions.
• Commitment to a non-smoking work environment.

• Troubleshoot technical installation challenges on-site to ensure seamless product operation and customer satisfaction.
