Job summary

AT&T in Athens, Alabama is hiring Installation Technicians to connect customers to the world’s most robust network and deliver best-in-class service. You will install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at homes and small businesses, working independently as a trusted expert.

You’ll meet new people daily, tackle problems, and be rewarded for quality work. The role requires a flexible schedule and physical ability, with extensive paid training and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Possess a valid state driver's license.
• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs.
• Weigh less than 325 lbs., required for ladder safety.
• At times work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft.).
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Qualify on pre-employment assessments.

Our Installation Technicians earn between $17.25 - $31.00 per hour. With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at $50,440. per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
