The HVAC Installation Technician reports to the Installation Manager and is responsible for performing a range of HVAC installation jobs for both commercial and residential customers. The role requires traits such as decisiveness, initiative, tact, judgment, integrity, dependability, and effective communication skills in technical contexts. Job-related contact will primarily be with customers, team members, and suppliers.

Work Schedule: Full-Time, 4 days of 10 hours each, up to $100,000+ per year depending on experience. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, and medical coverage.

Representative Duties:

• Participate as a member of the installation team to perform HVAC installations efficiently and timely.
• Perform routine HVAC installation activities independently.
• Support the IAQ and Service Departments with non-installation tasks as assigned.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Installation Manager.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good oral and reading skills, including the ability to interpret manufacturers' instructions and communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Physical capability to perform all duties under various weather conditions typical in WA.
• Interest and initiative in maintaining HVACR skills through self-study, training, workshops, and professional development.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable by Serenity Air’s insurance within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressures, varying schedules, weather, customer demands, and backlog constraints.
• For Journeyman: Completion of a post-secondary HVACR program of at least two years and at least one year of full-time HVAC experience.
