Job summary

Swing Kingdom, based in Leola, PA, is seeking a dependable installation crew driver to join our family-operated team and help deliver premium vinyl playsets across the United States.

You will travel regularly to sites nationwide, with a base schedule Monday–Friday, 6am–5pm, and occasional overnights/weekends to meet delivery and installation deadlines.

Required are 2+ years of driving with trailers, a clean DOT record, age 21+, and strong customer-service and carpentry skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years driving experience pulling/hauling trailers preferred.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Proven safe driving record and ability to maintain DOT compliance.
• Willingness to travel frequently, overnight stays, and weekends as needed for timely delivery and installation.
• Above average Assembly / Carpentry / Building Skills preferred.
• Strong technical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service mindset.
• Hardworking and goal-focused with a positive attitude and professional work ethic.

We are looking for dependable and hardworking installation crew driver!

Where is the worksite?

When you work as a Swing Kingdom installation crew team member, the world is your office! We will provide you with opportunities to travel throughout the United States. On a regular basis our crew travels to the following areas: Buffalo, NY/ Long Island, NY / Pittsburg, PA / Chicago, IL / Louisville, KY / St. Louis, MO / Philadelphia, PA / Charlotte, NC / Virginia Beach, VA and Baltimore, MD. On occasion, our crews travel as far as California, Texas, and Florida. The main warehouse and office are located in Leola, PA.

What is the Schedule?

Base Schedule - Monday - Friday, between 6am and 5pm

• Willingness to work on the road with frequently adjusted hours, overnights, and occasional weekends, to ensure timely delivery and installation

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Working Conditions:

• Field work and Plant Environment with exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, and noise levels
