ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Magnolia, AR, is seeking a Warehouse Technician to maintain inventory accuracy and support efficient warehouse operations. You will perform daily cycle counts, reconcile stock data in Baan, and manage location-based inventory tracking while collaborating with purchasing and manufacturing teams.
You will ensure material availability, assist installation teams on-site, and uphold safety and continuous improvement through detail-oriented work and clear communication.

As a Warehouse Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include executing daily cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and system data in Baan, and managing location-based inventory tracking. You’ll collaborate with consignment vendors, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to ensure optimal material availability and accurate reporting. This role also includes identifying potential issues with Bills of Material, supporting raw material storage improvements, and serving as a backup for receiving duties. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement are essential for success in this role. This position reports directly to the Materials Manager.
