Job summary

Champion Window is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead, train, and manage installation teams for windows, doors, and siding. The role focuses on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly production goals while upholding top quality and code compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, coordinating with customers, and ensuring projects are properly measured, ordered, staged, scheduled, and completed with 100% on-time collection. Occasional Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of skilled labor or industry experience preferred.
• OSHA, Installation Masters training and/or related certification a plus.
• Clean driving and solid attendance records.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to train others.
• Proficiency in installation/service methods for window, door and siding projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and email.
• Ability to adjust and re-prioritize work flow daily.
• Ability to ensure each job is completed in compliance with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Technical Construction Expert; remeasure windows, entry doors, siding, and sunrooms as required, ensuring code compliance and quality.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through site visits and timely communications with customers and the Install Manager.
• Oversee in-house and subcontractor crews to meet daily revenue goals and ensure proper project progression and collections.
• Create and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with governmental regulations and train employees and subcontractors.
