Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing partner. The Installation Specialist role performs advanced installations at the Road Ready Center, following the Training and Development Plan.

You will install natural gas fuel systems, APU, GPS trackers, cameras, and inverters, support PDI staff, attend training, and maintain a tidy work area while upholding safety with PPE.

Qualifications

• Must have good customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties of a PDI Specialist.
• Performs installations including natural gas fuel systems and Auxiliary Power Unit (APU).
• Installs electronics such as GPS Tracking System, Cameras, and Inverters.
• Assists other PDI and Installation Specialists as necessary.
• Attends training sessions to gain knowledge and experience.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area and properly handles company tools.
• Follows safety rules and wears appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

Qualifications

• Necessary tools to perform position responsibilities
• DOT Annual Inspectors Certification
• Valid CDL and Medical Card is preferred
• Must have good customer relations and communication skills
• Ability to work well co-workers
