A leading company is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to manage inventory and support seasonal product displays across various retail locations. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle physical demands. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You will collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally, you may work with products from other companies in the stores you service.
Your role includes service work in the Hallmark department across various retail stores. The position involves three main components:
This is a physically demanding role requiring high energy. You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The job involves walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, and climbing stairs or ladders.
Part-time employees working less than 30 hours have access to voluntary benefits, including dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, and preventive care coverage.
