Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security Technology and Solutions is seeking a Project Manager in Gilbert, AZ to lead project delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial targets. You will oversee all phases from analysis to close and manage multiple projects with varying scopes, staffing, and timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with relevant security experience, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus proficiency with scheduling tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or 5 years of security industry experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven leadership of multiple simultaneous projects for at least two years.
• Strong knowledge of PM fundamentals, methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects.
• Develop project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters and schedules.
• Create sub-plans: communications, QA, resource, procurement and deployment.
• Manage issues, risks, changes, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Allocate resources and manage expectations with resource managers.
• Ensure QA/QC mechanisms are in place and followed.
• Coordinate handoffs and turnover to operations teams.
• Collaborate with groups to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
• Report on key metrics and capture lessons learned.
• Coach and mentor new team members.
