Job summary

D&H United Fueling Solutions, Inc. in Kansas City, MO is seeking an experienced Installation Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from cradle to grave, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, clients, and regulatory bodies.

You will focus on safety, on-time and on-budget delivery, and effective communication, with occasional travel and a commitment to meeting project milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong people-leadership experience with a customer-centric focus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Proven business acumen with P&L management and contract interpretation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work out of town; flexible hours.
• Experience in construction/project management is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding, including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safety First: uphold safety standards on installation projects and act as a safety champion.
• Client Relationships: build strong relationships with customers and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Revenue & Profit Growth: deliver projects on time and at/under budget, managing schedule and costs.
• Organizational Expertise: manage procurement, schedule, scope, and change orders; provide project health updates.
