Ensure a positive customer experience by managing installations and training customers on services. Act as the primary contact during projects, support customer needs, and promote products and services. After installation, thank the customer and ensure they understand how to contact CCI for support or additional needs.

As a project manager, serve as the point of contact for cross-functional teams involved in delivering new services, participating in planning and implementation to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex installations for various customers, including different service offers.
• Coordinate and verify orders and deliveries, acting as the primary liaison from order receipt to installation, and provide support contact info post-installation.
• Maintain project schedules using systems like Salesforce, CircuitVision, Prism, and Netcracker, and conduct regular meetings to keep projects on track.
• Create and modify project plans for multi-site installations, communicating changes effectively.
• Schedule critical project dates with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure all testing is completed before turn-up and resolve issues as needed.
• Provide training resources to customers to ensure satisfaction upon completion.
• Manage your work schedule under general management direction.
• Utilize knowledge of CCI services and products to assist customers during installation.
• Maintain customer records and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Degree in business or technical discipline; PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of CCI Systems and Microsoft Office required.
• Extensive knowledge of CCI voice, data, Cloud, and Data Center products.
• Ability to manage installation orders and work cooperatively with teams to deploy new products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and system navigation abilities.
• Ability to explain communication services and products, including VoIP, SIP, PRI, Cloud Services, broadband data, etc.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to learn and explain company products and services effectively.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Salary

Range: $75,000 - $85,000, depending on skills and experience.
