Position: Installation Professional

As an Installation Professional, you will be a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. You will also develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work. Exemplifying our core values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the HVAC industry preferred; we also train qualified candidates
• Strong communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

1. Installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
2. Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
3. Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
4. Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order
5. Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports
6. Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

• Experience with residential HVAC systems
• Valid State Driver's License and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
