Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Installation Technician to assist the lead installer with the setup of heating and cooling replacement systems. This role focuses on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

You will follow safety practices, protect client spaces, and maintain a clean, organized job site while contributing to production goals. A valid high school diploma and HVAC experience are required; NATE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC installation technician.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Completes installation paperwork neatly and accurately for reporting.
• Uses drop cloths to protect client floors during installation.
• Maintains a clean work area and inspects for cleanliness after each job.
• Demonstrates safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving.
• Wears floor savers in the client’s home.
• Assists the Lead Installer in maintaining production levels.
• Keeps company vehicle clean inside and out.

Job Summary

• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Assists the Lead Installer with maintaining required production levels
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior, successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry
• NATE certification preferred
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record
