Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Installation Parts Lead Sourcing Specialist to drive fulfillment strategy for Installation Parts Requests across the Americas. You will collaborate with sourcing, logistics, engineering, project management, and site teams to resolve material needs and keep projects moving.

In this role you will manage supplier relationships, expedite materials, review RFQ stages with Supplier Quality, and track KPIs to improve fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in fulfillment and supplier-facing work.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• For US roles: bachelor’s degree, or HS diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience across functions such as sourcing, logistics, engineering, project management, or site operations.
• Power plant knowledge or experience (preferred).
• Experience handling supplier deviations, escalations, or NCR processes.
• Project management experience in a supply chain, fulfillment, or sourcing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead fulfillment strategy for Installation Parts Requests across the Americas.
• Review incoming IPRs, identify the best supplier fit, and assign work to the appropriate Sourcing Specialist.
• Act as the main contact for internal customers and installation sites, including customer meetings and escalations.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to expedite materials, check availability across locations, and identify purchase order swap opportunities.
• Partner with Supplier Quality and Strategic Commodity leaders to resolve vendor deviation requests during RFQ stage.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCR) tied to IPR cases and provide regular status updates to sites and cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor KPIs to improve fulfillment results.

Required

• Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP
• For roles outside the United States: knowledge level comparable to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
• For roles in the United States: bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or high school diploma / General Educational Development (GED) with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience working across functions such as sourcing, logistics, engineering, project management, or site operations

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $94,600.00 and $157,700.00.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
