Williamsburg Kitchen & Bath is seeking an Installation Manager to lead our bath and shower remodeling operations in the Williamsburg, Virginia market. This full-time role focuses on on-site leadership, coordination of crews, and ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and high-quality standards.

You will drive customer satisfaction through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and meticulous project oversight, while collaborating with vendors and internal teams to optimize schedules

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction or installation management.
• Experience with bath and shower remodeling preferred.
• Acrylic bath system experience strongly preferred.
• Plumbing knowledge and troubleshooting skills desirable.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all bath and shower remodeling installations.
• Schedule and manage installation crews to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Review contracts, measurements, and project specifications prior to installation.
• Coordinate product ordering, delivery schedules, and inventory control.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.

About the Role

Williamsburg Kitchen & Bath is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead and oversee our installation operations in the Williamsburg, Virginia market. This is a full-time leadership position for a motivated professional with a background in residential remodeling, construction management, and customer service. The Installation Manager will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What We're Looking For
