Closets by Design –Utah is seeking an Installation Manager in Salt Lake City to lead our installation team in-office. You will oversee a department of 8+ vans and 12 carpenters, ensuring high-quality installations and outstanding customer satisfaction through hands-on leadership and clear communication.

The ideal candidate will have a natural leadership style, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, with focus on daily operations and team development.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in consumer-facing installation or home services preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Be on time/early everyday; punctuality is critical.
• Oversee daily installation schedules and service calls.
• Train, coach, and support the installation team to ensure quality performance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction on every project.
• Efficiently manage the installation board and optimize daily workflow.
• Coordinate daily van fleet operations for residential installations.
• Support the implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Address and resolve on-site issues with creative problem-solving solutions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be on time/early everyday (no really! - its critical for this position)
• Oversee and manage daily installation schedules and service calls.
