Loom Remodelers in South Jersey and surrounding areas is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation operations from sale through completion for bath and shower remodeling projects. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, strong coordination of crews, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

• 3+ years of remodeling, construction, or installation management experience.
• Experience scheduling and managing crews or subcontractors.
• Hands-on bath remodeling or acrylic wall system installation knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with project coordination, materials management, and quality assurance is a plus.

About The Role

Loom Remodelers is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation operations throughout Cherry Hill, South Jersey, and southeastern Pennsylvania. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in remodeling, construction management, or installation operations who can oversee projects from sale through completion while ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 - $85,000 annual salary, based on experience
