Loom Remodelers is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation operations throughout Cherry Hill, South Jersey, and Southeast Pennsylvania. This full-time leadership role oversees projects from sale through completion, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in remodeling or installation management, with experience scheduling crews and knowledge of bath remodeling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of remodeling, construction, or installation management experience.
• Experience scheduling and managing crews or subcontractors.
• Hands-on bath remodeling or acrylic wall system installation knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with project coordination, materials management, and quality assurance is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 - $85,000 annual salary, based on experience
