Job description

Machine Operator on job sites: track, turf or hybrid

Laborer on installation of running tracks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning and preparation of asphalt/concrete surface to secure polyurethane track material
2. Use of small hand tools and power equipment in surface preparation and polyurethane installation
3. Carrying, mixing, and pouring polyurethane to install track surface, adhering to OSHA safety standards
4. Recovery of excess rubber granules and edge detail trimming of track surface
5. General site cleanup and demobilization

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant field experience preferred

Competencies: Quick learner, able to meet physical demands

Technical qualifications or memberships: Not specified

Worksite activities and durations:

• Occasionally (1-33%): Jumping, climbing
• Frequently (34-66%): Sitting (when using paver), standing, walking, stooping/bending, pushing/pulling, squatting, crawling/kneeling, reaching above shoulder, forearm rotation, climbing
• Constantly (67-100%): Twisting/turning, repetitive hand/wrist movements

Physical demands:

• Material handling: lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs (34-66%)
• Hand functions: grasping, manipulation, use of machinery and tools (e.g., forklifts, drills, grinders)

Work environment:

• Heat, uneven surfaces, outdoor work for approximately 10 hours/day
