Join us as an Installation Engineer, responsible for initial installation, configuration, testing of products, and Tier 2 technical support, engaging with healthcare customers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, configuration, and testing of AirStrip software at customer sites, completing checklists and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to determine customer technical architecture and facilitate product integration.
  • Update, upgrade, and patch software, maintaining meticulous records in Salesforce.
  • Provide Tier 2 support, documenting cases and escalating unresolved issues.
  • Offer after-hours support as needed.
  • Coordinate with development teams to transition new software into production, including testing and training.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL 4 Foundations, MTA.
  • 2-4 years in technical/server support or Healthcare IT, with experience in healthcare IT vendors, hospital IT, HL7, and DICOM interfaces.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $63,000 - $78,000 based on experience and location.
