Closets by Design Boston is seeking an Installation Coordinator to support scheduling, client communication, and field operations for our local team. The role emphasizes friendly professionalism and client satisfaction.

You will assist the manager, field client calls, and record service issues from installers while delivering outstanding customer service. Read blueprints and coordinate with installers to ensure smooth project flow.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the position of Installation Coordinator. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.
