Job summary

Hollman is seeking a detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to support the Installation Manager in overseeing the installation of our wooden lockers. You will coordinate scheduling, subcontractors, materials, and documentation to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in Business or Construction Management, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and project management software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling with customers and appropriate subcontractor installation teams.
• Track budget weekly.
• Recruit subcontractors as needed.
• Coordinate with sales and project teams on installation pricing and execution.
• Serve as primary contact for subcontractors and clients.
• Maintain records of installation projects, contracts, permits, invoices, and related documentation.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials for installation projects.
• Assist in inspections to ensure design specs and quality.
• Identify and address issues during installation with the Installation Manager.
• Provide client status updates and resolve issues timely.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote safety culture on site.
• Collaborate with Installation Manager and internal teams for alignment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
