Caterpillar is seeking a skilled professional to lead the Installation, Commissioning, and Start Up of G20CM34 natural gas power generation projects in Houston. You will coordinate with internal partners and third parties to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires a BS degree, at least 5 years in the energy sector, and proven cross-functional program management. Travel up to 40% and relocation assistance are available.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Cross-functional project or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate commissioning activities working with internal business partners and 3rd parties.
• Serve as a liaison across project teams, translating objectives into program milestones and execution practices.
• Plan and monitor site activities to ensure quality standards and performance goals are met.
• Manage all aspects of the commissioning to ensure projects are delivered, accepted, and completed within established timelines.
