Chugach Government Solutions, LLC is seeking an Installation Analyst II to provide analytical support for installing hardware and software on shore and afloat platforms, including C4ISR/IT/AV systems. The role involves coordinating installation procedures, preparing policy and training documentation, and ensuring compliance with NAVSEA, OPNAV, and related standards.

The candidate will work in Colorado Springs or Huntsville, and must be a US citizen capable of obtaining a Top-Secret clearance,

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience supporting installation, testing, and repair of telecommunications equipment and systems.
• Experience leading IT/AV/VTC installations.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.

Responsabilités

• Subject Matter Expert knowledge of DOD process and guidance.
• Develop, review, analyze and correct company processes and procedures concerning the installation of C4ISR/IT/AV systems for afloat and ashore components of the DOD.
• Provide procedural solutions and recommendations to resolve installation discrepancies.
• Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities.
• Works well individually or in a team environment.
• Required reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Proven knowledge aspects of guidance and procedures relating to equipment and software installation for DOD facilities and mobile units.
• Experience reading installation drawings and technical procedure documentation with an emphasis on compliance to published guidance.
• Proven knowledge of installation and testing method procedures.
