Job summary

Solenis is seeking a field service technician to install and maintain Solenis-owned pulp & paper and industrial water treatment equipment across customer sites. You’ll manage safety, coordinate with customers, and work on multiple projects.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience in the pulp and paper industry, and skills in electrical, mechanical, and laboratory functions. Travel and remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; other education preferred (electrical, mechanical, laboratory focus)
• Technical experience in pulp and paper industry
• Expertise in electrical, mechanical, laboratory functions
• Able to manage several projects in parallel
• Solid mechanical and plumbing aptitude and skills
• In mill, manufacturing, lab testing, maintenance and/or electrical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• All aspects of personal safety, at customer locations and per Solenis policies
• Managing daily service activity workload at multiple sites
• Maintaining productive relationships with Solenis sales teams
• Maintaining contact with customers on site, communicating effectively and responding to needs
• Maintaining and safeguarding company assets (plant, fleet, equipment, tools)
• Performing equipment installation of Solenis-owned Pulp & Paper and industrial water treatment equipment including:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $58,030.00 and $85,107.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
