Install Sales Representative - Electronic Johnson Controls is seeking a motivated, growth-oriented sales professional to help expand our presence in underserved and untapped markets across the region. In this role, you will represent fire alarm, life safety, security, communications, and integrated electronic systems solutions to customers in commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, government, and critical infrastructure markets. You will join a structured transition period alongside an experienced senior sales representative, giving you the opportunity to learn the territory, build trusted relationships, and create new business opportunities while supporting continued growth.
This is a hunter-style outside sales role focused on identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships, and closing business in assigned territories. Success in the role requires strong prospecting skills, consultative selling, and the ability to manage opportunities from first contact through contract close while partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Stay close to the work by meeting customers in the field, listening carefully, and focusing on the opportunities that matter most. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $61,400 - $92,225 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
