Responsibilities

• Deep BU integration to improve Out-of-Box Quality and serviceability of system shipments.
• Drive design-for-installation initiatives for new products.
• Workforce modeling and long-range planning of resource needs.
• Coordinate I&W spending and drive data-driven improvement with BU.
• Collaborate with BU product groups to define install strategies focused on safety, quality, cycle time and cost.
• Drive systemic fixes based on field feedback and lessons learned.
• Enhance supplier testing and analytics to prevent field failures.
• Adopt digital tools and AI for predictive planning and quality assurance.
• Standardize governance for technology integration across BU and field teams.
• Talent strategy focused on future skill sets and advanced technical capabilities.
