Responsibilities

• Review and drive new procedures and Best-Known Methods (BKMs) to Install products
• Ensure certification templates are aligned with BKM’s and Installation procedures.
• Coordinate I&W spending & drive data-driven improvement (NC, beyond spec, NPI) with BU
• Drive design-for-installation initiatives for new products
• Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field Issues
• Participating in or own CAPA process.
• Drive CE productivity analysis, initiate and manage improvement plans to improve CE installation productivity and quality and reduction of install complexity
• Lead Productivity DT (Digital Tools) field implementation and adoption through close collaboration with SBU/DEG to define iTeam HVP (High Value Problem) and with BU/SBU/DEG to define and develop specific solutions
• Key stakeholder in driving adoption of digital tools and AI for predictive planning and quality assurance
• Participating in first chamber
• Build & Test in Apps lab or Customer Sites
• Solve issues, or work with Engineering to address issues identified
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate (if required) in the Product final test to improve manufacturing quality.
• Drive resolution of key issues with Engineering.
• Facilitate infrastructure for proper communication of value to AGS and BU executives
