Install Crew Leader

Location: Fort Myers, FL 33912

As a Landscape Install Crew Leader at Yardnique, you will supervise a field crew of 3–6 members to bring detailed landscape designs to life. This position plays a hands‑on role in delivering high‑quality installation services across both commercial and residential properties. Your leadership will ensure each job site is safe, productive, and meets or exceeds client expectations. You will collaborate closely with Production Manager, Account Manager, and crew members.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a landscape installation crew
• Operate skid steer, mini‑excavator, front‑end loader, and other tools
• Coordinate daily tasks to maximize efficiency
• Ensure all work meets Yardnique standards and client expectations
• Enforce safety protocols on job sites
• Train and guide crew members
• Communicate with team, project managers, and clients
• Identify trees, plants, and materials
• Manage on‑site equipment and maintenance

The position involves outdoor work in various weather conditions, including exposure to dirt, water, chemicals, and noise.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver’s License for 3+ years (required to drive company vehicles)
• 2+ years of landscape installation experience
• Ability to read blueprints and build from field plans
• Able to lift/push/move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all Florida weather conditions
• High School diploma or GED
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus (not required)

Bonus Skills

• Experience in irrigation/plumbing/pipe fitting
• Knowledge of well drilling, pump service & installation
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
