Job summary

SPATCO is seeking installers/construction technicians to work on ground-up projects installing piping, tanks and electrical/mechanical systems. You may work at service stations, commercial sites, marinas and airports, with classroom and on-the-job training.

This role requires travel to job sites, heavy equipment operation, and the ability to lift 75–100 lbs. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, collaborate with crews, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Experience in petroleum industry preferred; installer certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites as needed, including overnight.
• Operate heavy equipment to dig trenches and install equipment.
• Work with concrete, framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing.
• Maintain positive relationships with crew, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to meet deadlines.
• Follow safety procedures and keep site clean daily.

In this position you may work at service stations, commercial sites, marinas, and airports, etc.

• Must be able to operate heavy equipment to dig ditches and manually install equipment.
• Work with concrete, framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing.
• Maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure deadlines are met.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure safe housekeeping practices are followed, including job cleanup at the end of each day.
