FLOFORM Countertops is hiring an In-Home Countertop Install Assistant (Full-Time) in Boise, ID. No experience required; we’ll train the right person. The role supports lead installers, handles basic removal and installation tasks, and requires safety and customer-focused professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with in-home countertop installations.
• Remove existing countertops and assist with basic plumbing disconnects when needed.
• Safely carry and position stone materials (team lift required).
• Interact professionally with customers on job sites.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and job site cleanliness.
• Run occasional job site errands (materials, tools, etc.).
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed.

What You'll Do
