Job summary

FLOFORM Countertops in Boise, ID is hiring an In-Home Countertop Install Assistant for a full-time role. We train the right person, no prior experience required, and offer a path to a long-term career.

You will assist lead installers with in-home countertop installations, help remove existing counters, and support basic plumbing disconnects as needed. You’ll work with a skilled team in a supportive environment, with competitive pay and full benefits.

• Construction or installation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with in-home countertop installations
• Remove existing countertops and assist with basic plumbing disconnects (when needed)
• Safely carry and position stone materials (team lift required)
• Interact professionally with customers on job sites
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and job site cleanliness
• Run occasional job site errands (materials, tools, etc.)
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed
