Position Details

Location: Post Falls, ID (Immediate opening)

Role: In-Home Stone Countertop Install Assistant

Desired Skills & Experience

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Countertop installation or construction experience is a plus
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and quality focus
• Basic mathematical skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license, criminal record check, reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 100-200 lbs. with assistance
• Regular bending, twisting, and kneeling
• Local travel with occasional out-of-town travel
• Availability for overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installer with countertop installation, maintaining professionalism
• Remove existing countertops and plumbing as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries on-site
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and standards
• Run errands at the job site, e.g., picking up tools or parts
• Perform other assigned duties
